School of Music Audition Information for Fall 2025

Are you an undergraduate student ready to audition for entrance to the KU School of Music for Fall 2025? We are offering live, in-person auditions in the afternoon on Saturday, Feb. 15, and Saturday, Feb. 22. Audition times will be sent out in early February. Please use the links provided below to choose which audition event you would prefer (You may choose up to three instruments). 

Music Therapy & Music Education applicants must select an interview for the day of your audition. This is a required component for Music Therapy & Music Education applicants.

Audition Instructions:

• Visit the Undergraduate Audition Information page and scroll down to find a list of instruments and their specific audition requirements
• Prepare and practice your audition pieces.
• Attend your live audition day!
• Please contact the studio faculty listed for your instrument with questions regarding pieces.
