The 2023 Rock Chalk Roadshow is coming to Salina, Garden City and Hays.
KU is hitting the road across Kansas on the Rock Chalk Roadshow! We invite high school students and
parents to join the fun and learn from KU academic departments, staff and students on life as a
Jayhawk. Attire is casual for every stop on the Roadshow!

This day is similar to an Open House. You pick the sessions you want to attend and customize your Rock Chalk Day experience.
Visit with academic and student life departments, and discuss your aspirations and questions with KU
staff.
Admissions and academic staff will discuss what differentiates KU experience ‐ Top tier academic
experience, Lawrence and Jayhawk community, and how you can start your KU story as a high school student.
KU current students from Roadshow hometowns will share their experiences on academics and student life, and how they made their decision to attend KU.
We want to hear your questions ‐ please submit questions for our student panel within your event
registration and bring any additional questions to the event!
As we close out your Roadshow experience, we will have a prize drawing as our thanks for your time! As the event concludes, students and parents will have a final opportunity to visit with KU academic and student life departments.
