    Visit some of our student services and other university departments below to make the most of your Rock Chalk Day experience!

    • Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center drop-in building tours, Welcome Center, Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center (10 a.m.-3 p.m.) 
      • Offers a variety of resources for wellness, physical fitness, team/individual sports (Intramurals and Sport Clubs), group fitness classes, and personal training.
    • Army ROTC drop-ins and building tours, Military Science Building, 2nd Floor, Room 204 (11 a.m.-2 p.m.)
      • Attend a Q+A session and building tour.
    • Hawk Link & Native American Initiatives drop-in, Summerfield Hall, 1st Floor Lobby (10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
      • Hawk Link & NAI provides custom support and guidance for your educational pathway. Visit us to learn how our office can help you navigate your success at KU.
    • Institute for Leadership Studies drop-in, Malott Hall, Room 2010 (1 - 4 p.m.)
      • The ILS is the interdisciplinary academic home for leadership studies at KU that supports KU’s mission of educating students who can effectively engage in the process of leadership with innovative, interdisciplinary academic programs.
    • Jayhawk Welcome Center1266 Oread Ave., (10 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
      • Explore two floors of interactive digital exhibits to learn about KU traditions and history. Check out the photo booth on the second floor to snap a quick picture with your guests.
      • If you are an admitted senior, be sure to grab your yard sign in the Crimson & Blue Conference Room on the first floor!
    • Kenneth Spencer Research Library - KU Libraries1450 Poplar Lane, North Gallery (behind Strong Hall)
      • Self-guided tours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) Explore exhibits that highlight rare and unique items from Spencer’s remarkable and diverse collections.
    • KU Hillel drop-ins, 1121 Indiana St Ste C, Lawrence, KS 66044 (11 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
      • Stop by to learn about Jewish life at KU and how to get involved with KU Hillel.
    • Military-Affiliated Student Center drop-ins, Summerfield Hall, Suite 345 (10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)
      • Guests are welcome to stop by for tours of the center and to ask any questions, including questions about using VA or military-related education benefits, the Armed Forces Residency Benefit, and more.
    • Office of Multicultural Affairs building tours, Sabatini Multicultural Resource Center Lobby (10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 2:30 p.m.)
      • We’ll be offering tours of the building and giving a run-through of what we offer and how we can be helpful in the transaction of students of color.
    • Original Rules of Basket Ball self-guided tours DeBruce Center, Level 2, on the south end of building ( 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.) 
      • Take a self-guided tour through the Original Rules of Basket Ball. Due to renovations, please do not go into the Booth Hall of Athletics or Allen Fieldhouse.
    • Student Involvement & Leadership Center drop-in, Kansas Union, Suite 400 (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) 
      • SILC will share information about getting involved on campus and finding your sense of belonging.
